There’s a guy at dueling peaks stable that will tell you if it’s going to be a blood moon that night. Probably too late now but the more you know.
Only a true hero can display such a level of patience and exhibitionism.
I did this exact thing for 45 minutes! I even build a campfire and kept sitting till night for an hour. It was much easier to keep playing as normal until I saw the signs of a red moon then transfer over to the nearest tower strip and then glide over.
That’s what I ended up doing too! Spent way too long by the fire. Haha
I kept on waiting at a fire and even waiting until 11 every night it was raining just in case it was a blood moon.
Turns out when it IS a blood moon, at 9pm, the shrine platform will glow orange and immediately let you gain access to the shrine if you stand on it butt naked. Definitely gonna save some time on my master mode playthrough now that i know that!
I know!! I ended up leaving to do other stuff, and when I came back it magically glowed orange and I knew my ordeal was over.
I kid you not, I was looking at comics on my phone to pass time while standing on this platform waiting for the blood moon and saw this comic.
