Ah, technology! I have a Walkman that warns me when the volume’s too high. It does this by blasting a high-pitched beeping right into my ears at maximum volume.

I have one too. I know mine tells me it will me eat my soul if I don’t recharge it. At least that’s what it sounded like the other day.
Reminds me of Ferbys when my kids were younger. Finally had to take a hammer to it because it’s voice box went out and it started screaming like some kind of demonic hellspawn. Yet it was still so Goddamn happy…
I’m amazed at the sheer amount of devices that alert you to being low in battery by beeping at you and using more power.
I have one of those! Is it a KingOne? It’s such a weird voice, very official. Mine also says everything in Chinese first.
