My family bought the orginal Wii Fit. We played it like 5 times then stopped. Mostly because apperntly most of us have horrible posture and felt like we were going to fall over when the thing told us to to stand up straight by what felt like leaning backwards.
The original Wii Fit, as I recall, was more use as a warm up than an exercise regime. Better than nothing, certainly, but if you live an active lifestyle you won’t get much from it.
I remember it constantly telling me how inflexible I was, when in reality I’m abnormally so; I just have terrible balance. It was going on and on about how stiff I was and just blargh.
Pain is the sensation of weakness leaving your body!
You seem to have been stiffer than you thought.
I started a new exercise program yesterday, so I feel your pain!
Yep. The older you get, the more you start to realize that your body is a machine that is slowly, gradually, almost imperceptibly failing you.
