I literally just got octopath! I’m planning on starting with Olberic because I heard he was good for beginners! What did you start with and do you have any words of wisdom you’d be willing to share?
I started with Therion— it’s a total coincidence that I ended up liking him the most! He’s also a good starter because of his theft ability, you can get really good equipment early on thanks to him.
My tips: level up all characters equally, don’t do like me and keep the same team for the whole game, you’ll need them all later on :/ Also hang on, the first part of the game is a bit boring but most storylines get better at Chapter 2-3.
