I second that NOPE. Pregnancy dreams are weird! I dreamed I gave birth to my daughter and she was just a head. And I had to use a doll’s body to hold her until her own body grew in, then the doll’s body fell off.
No pregnancy dreams beat mine…. I’m a dude, dreamed that I was pregnant…..just learned about hermaphrodites amd how they sometimes mess up what gender the parents choose

I dreamed I was wrestling a goldfish that was wearing black lace. And I was roundly pregnant in my dream, too. Hormones are strange.

With our kids when they got hungry their faces would go all red and wrinkled, and would also emit piercing cries. Neat dream!
