Same thing happened in Skyrim. I recall one fight where I ended up eating something like 300 lbs of food in a single battle.
I assume it’s lbs anyway, pretty sure they just called it “encumbrance” in Skyrim, I guess it could be kg, but that’d be even more insane :P
I’ve heard an argument that it’s not actually any sort of unit of weight but tied into the difficulty of carrying, which is why the items made to use something “weigh” less than the final item. I thought that was interesting.
Funnily enough I’ve never really used food in Skyrim…
I just assume link asks for a timeout and whoever hes fighting has to wait till hes done, that jerk could invite em for a nice picnic considering how much food hes able to carry at some point.
lol I finished it a month ago! Such a great game! How may divine beasts haste you done?
I’m ALMOST done — I have all four Divine Beasts. I’m just finishing exploring the desert and then I should be ready for Ganon.
Any tips for the Yiga Clan? I keep getting caught ;_;
Have you tried distracting the patrols with bananas?
Yes! Throw bananas!

That’s an interesting way to look at it. Kind of makes sense since they never really refer to it as weight, just encumbrance.
Ho, yeah. My 12 yo finds that function in Skyrim HILARIOUS.
