Oh god Charley horses are the worst. I used to get them all the time in high school, but i rarely get them now. eating more Potassium can help get rid of them.
Potassium, magnesium, or calcium – could be any of the three, from what I hear… For me it’s usually magnesium, but sometimes it’s potassium. I get lots of calcium in my diet. Your physiology may vary.
Oh god. I understand that. I had my third one a couple weeks ago just by stretching after waking up. However, I’m guessing my leg cramps come from the birth control I take. Either way, potassium, magnesium…maybe tiger balm would help? Also see about Jean-Luc to give you a leg massage? ;D
completely unhelpful in your situation but I get them so often the first thing I do is fight every urge to panic and straighten my leg. from that point get the closest person to rub your calf. it happens sometimes just from the sleeping position x)
Let me guess…a normal pregnancy symptom?
T_T

Babies, a normal pregnancy symptom.
Leg Cramps, a normal pregnancy symptom.
Decapitation, a normal pregnancy symptom.
Accidentally mule kicking your other half in the middle of the night due to sudden onset leg cramp: normal pregnancy symptom. (Sorry, husband… >_<)
It’s a pregnancy thing for me!
To avoid such craps ya need more potassium Boum. Your new baby is sucking up what you have and you end up cramping. Trust me on this. I’m a nurse. :)
