I’m leaving for Seoul, South Korea this Sunday for the SICAF (an animation festival) where my film is in competition. However, the comic’ll be updated all week while I’m gone, so please keep checking! I just might be a little less talkative. See you guys!
I recently moved to Italy (husband’s in the military) and we went for this tour/trip to South Italy with a group of people, most of which were either in the military or related to people in the military (including this horrible woman who yelled at her son 80% of the time).
We ran into the first toilet option a lot and it was hilarious how often you would hear people going ‘is… is it broken? why doesn’t this toilet have a seat?’
Haha! Well I only saw the seat-free toilet once so I thought it might’ve been missing something, but now I’m reassured that it must’ve been normal.
Ouais, les toilettes/salles de bain sont un thème récurent! ;-) Mais t’as oublié la fameuse toilette turque, un incontournable en France!
Ouais, ça nous a marqués faut croire… J’ai pas vu de toilettes turques, bien que j’en connaisse l’existence!
Ouais, la fameuse toilette turque, j’allais la mentionner, justement… Dommage que tu n’en aies pas vu, ça fait un maudit choc culturel! J’ai même habité dans un appartement où la toilette (turque) était à même la douche. Genre, au lieu du drain, c’était un trou pour faire caca… Super le fun!
La toilette pas de siège, c’est commun dans les pays défavorisés (ex: Cuba)… Peut-on dire que la France est un pays défavorisé? ;)

Yeah, my boyfriend didn’t think much of it and I’d be the one talking about it all the time ;)
and here we go with the toilettes, uh, the last one, it cleans itself but…. ugh nvm…, btw good luck at the SICAF, KICK THEIR ASSES AS HARD AS YOU CAN!!! (and we will be ever able to see your film? OwO)

Je vis en france, pourtant j’ai jamais vu les toilettes qui tournent toutes seules pour laver la lunette … wow ! Ca serait tellement utile au boulot :D

Are we forgetting the “no seat just squat and nature pee but make sure you don’t flush on your shoes toilet?”
I knew about those but didn’t encounter ant! But I just did now in Soith Korea. I had alternative choices so I didnt try it…
And the toilet with the foot pedal flush???
I didn’t see those!
