Hey! I read recently about diastasis recti or the separation of abdominal muscles during/after pregnancy. You should make sure your trainer knows about that and doesn’t put you at risk :) take care!
Geez O_O They went slow on the ab exercises, honestly, so I should be okay, but thanks for the heads up!
Try a c section, Not even enough core strength to stand up for the first few months. But either why I understand this too well regardless.
