Lol my condolences for your rem cycle.
I go to work everyday at 4 a.m. so my ‘sleeping in’ is 6 a.m. Lol. Even on my days off I wake up at 5 or 6.
Ah….REM cycle, my own arch nemesis as well…You kick its butt Boum. You kick its butt hard.
Oh gosh same. I normally wake up at 430h so on my days off going to bed at 2230 and waking up at 700 feel luxurious
