Didn’t we cover why we don’t ask Luc Pierre to cook in this comic: http://comics.boumerie.com/cooking/ ? *evil grin with hint of troll face and dash of garlic & chili aioli*
Video-games are important business- you can’t interrupt that. Just ask any 8 year old who’s mom asks him to pause his online game to help with chores.
:P
You know, this doesn’t matter at all, and it’s just a small detail, but you can’t play Let’s go Eevee with both joycons unless it’s on Tablet mode. I make this point not to nitpick this strip (it’s funny and who needs perfect realism) but to ask: WHY NINTENDO I WANTED TO PLAY LIKE THAT AAAAA
This is sweet in a way. She looks to you as someone who always meets her needs and as her primary caregiver, so when she needs care, she goes to the one who does all that for her.
My friend only agreed to have kids if she weren’t the primary caregiver of them. So her husband stayed home when the kids were young. They always yell for dad when they are hurt, they go to him for sandwich making and for emotional support. Once in a while they go to mom for that and she treasures those moments because they are really quite rare, guys in general don’t seem to notice how much the kids go to mom over dad. My friend doesn’t feel left out or upset that they do this, it was what she wanted, but she just realizes that it’s extra special when they go to her instead of dad and as her kids are growing up she knows that she’s just not going to get that many of these moments anymore.

And apparently despite reading the comic for 4+ years I still don’t remember Pierre-Luc’s name properly… -_-
