Galantine
It wasn’t very good.
I’m launching a book tomorrow! It’s called Nausées matinales et autres petits bonheurs (literally “Morning Sickness and Other Small Joys”), published by éditions de la Pastèque! If you’d like, please come and see me this Thursday October 17th, starting at 5PM at 102 Laurier W., in Montreal! I can’t wait! (Here’s the Facebook event!)
Chicken is just a land tuna.
Tuna is just the chicken of the sea.
Would you share Galantine sandwiches with your girlfriends on Galentine’s Day?
Hmm, maybe? They’re not *that* fancy, even for Galentine’s.
I’m gonna go ahead and guess that regardless of which one it was, it wasn’t a particularly stellar example of its kind.
They couldn’t decide on chicken-salad or tuna-salad so they just mixed it, half-and-half.
Edit: I assumed “chicken galantine” was like chicken salad because I’ve thought that that and tuna-salad were easy to mix up myself. It’s not the same, obviously, but I still stand by my “half-and-half” comment.
