When I imagine the woman’s voice, it seems very scary! D= I would’ve close the door on her and her husband… not to be rude, but because I would be terrified. xD; Oh, gosh.
Why were they mad at you? It was the hotel staff that gave you the wrong keycards.
I agree with Boywonderslover, I imagine her voice as some kind of Disney villains o_O
