That was the look on my face when I had to wait in line for half an hour to get a brochure at the DMV. The brochures used to be in a rack next to the door, but they moved them behind the counter so I had to take a number. Sigh.
Story of my life at my college. Get in line to be told to wait in another line at another office. Then there’s a chance the second office will direct you right back to the first to wait in line again to explain yourself.
