I absolutely love these comics. However, when you use lame like this it’s actually painful for me. It’s a dysphemism and it harms disabled people. I can’t see you using “That was kind of gay” to mean “That was kind of stupid/ridiculous/nonsensical” and replacing gay with lame isn’t any better than saying “That was kind of retarded.” http://www.tolerance.org/blog/let-s-disable-word-lame
